Today I received a call from the Vice President of the Board who controls the property that we've been pursuing. He told me that the board unanimously agreed to the plan that Darla, their executives and I agreed upon. Wow! It's hard to even know how to feel. On Tuesday morning August 31st we have the actual signing of the contract.
